Preparation: Moisten chicken with either milk or water. Shake off excess liquid. Coat with Hol Grain Chicken Coating Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling on a plate. Option: For a different taste treat, try dipping chicken in beaten egg, then coat with mix again, shaking off excess. Cooking: Oven Fry: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place coated chicken in baking pan and drizzle with olive oil. Bake 45-50 minutes (for pork chops, 30-35 minutes). Deep-Fry: Heat several inches of oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F. Fry coated chicken in hot oil until golden brown and no longer pink inside (about 15 minutes).
