Microwave Instructions: Remove tray from outer carton; pull back corner of film to vent. Cook on high for: 5 minutes (1100 watt). 7 minutes (700 watt). Pull back film and stir thoroughly to ensure sauce covers all rice. Replace film. Cook on high for: 3 minutes (1100 watt). 5 minutes (700 watt). Let stand in microwave 1-2 minutes. When removing from microwave, hold onto the tray's side handles. Remove film. Stir and enjoy! For food safety and best quality, follow these cooking instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use.
