Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Microwave directions for 1100-watt. Microwave (preferred method). Cook from Frozen: 1. Remove tray from outer packaging. 2. Pierce plastic film 3-4 times to vent. 3. Cook on high 3 minutes. 4. Carefully remove tray from microwave, pull back film and stir each component, replace film. 5. Continue cooking on high for an additional 1-1/2 - 2 minutes. 6. Let sit 1-2 minutes, carefully remove tray from microwave. For best flavor stir before serving. Conventional oven. Cook from Frozen: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not exceed 350 degrees F. 2. Remove tray from outer packaging. 3. Pierce plastic film 3-4 times to vent. 4. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack in oven. 5. Cook for 40 minutes. 6. Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven, peel back film and stir. 7. Replace film, place tray on a baking sheet back on center rack in oven. 8. Cook for additional 10 minutes. 9. Remove baking sheet with tray from oven and let sit on baking sheet 1-2 minutes. 10. Carefully remove cover and stir before serving. Caution: Bowl will be hot. Perishable. Keep frozen.
