Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook adjust cook times as needed refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top - Skillet: Place frozen cauliflower gnocchi into a non-stick skillet. Do not preheat skillet. Add 2 tbsp. Water and 1 tsp. Oil (or 1 tbsp. Butter), cover with lid. Turn stove top on medium-high heat. Cook for 7 ½ - 10 minutes or until gnocchi are thoroughly cooked and a light golden brown. Throughout heating, occasionally stir the gnocchi, replacing the lid each time. Tip: Once gnocchi are cooked, add some butter and parmesan cheese or your favorite pasta sauce! Green Giant Cauliflower & Spinach Gnocchi with Fresh Tomato Sauce: Directions: 1. cook green giant cauliflower gnocchi according to package directions; drain well. 2. Heat: 1 tablespoon olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 cup chopped onion. Cook 5 minutes, or until tender. Add 3 cloves sliced garlic and cook 1 minute. Add 2 cups chopped tomato and cook 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Add gnocchi to skillet and cook 2 minutes stirring frequently. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil and 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese. Keep frozen.
