When a wine is so memorable and it makes you do a double take, you know it’s a headsnapper. Our Prosecco D.O.C. comes from carefully selected glera grapes grown in the heart of Northern Italy. Following time-honored Prosecco winemaking techniques, selected yeasts and sugars are added for fermentation under a temperature controlled pressurized tank and is filtered prior to bottling to remove the yeast. Aromas of nectarines and honeydew lead to delicate notes of citrus that dance through its lively finish. Enjoy with prosciutto wrapped melon or simply with a wedge of creamy brie.
