Stove top: In a saucepan, bring 1-1/2 cups of water to a boil. Add frozen broccoli rabe and return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently throughout cooking time. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen broccoli rabe in a microwave-safe dish. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover, and microwave on high for 9 to 10 minutes until tender, stirring once halfway through cooking. Season to taste and serve. Caution: Product and container may be hot. Note: Microwave ovens vary in power: adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not microwave in bag. For food safety, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. How to cook ‘em. Do not thaw and refreeze. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
