Do not open bag until turkey is defrosted. Keep turkey cold. Do not thaw at room temperature. Estimated Thawing Time: Weight: 8-12 lbs; 1-2 refrigerator (days). 12-14 lbs; 2-3 refrigerator (days). Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove thawed turkey from bag and remove inner cooking netting. Trim away excess neck skin, if desired. Heat your turkey immediately. Place turkey, breast side-up, in roaster or shallow roasting pan. Heat in center of oven at 350 degrees F, according to the following chart: Estimated Heating Time: Weight: 8-10 lbs; 1-1/2-1-3/4 thawed (hrs). 10-12 lbs; 1-3/4-2-1/4 thawed (hrs). 12-14 lbs; 2-2-1/4 thawed (hrs). 14-16 lbs; 2-1/4-2-1/2 thawed (hrs). If turkey becomes golden-brown before it is fully heated, cover with a loose tent of aluminum foil to prevent over-browning. Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes before carving. Perishable.
